Transport Sector Policy Study. Volume I - Main Report
The study analyses current transport policies & obstacles, the features of the sector (roads & road transport, ports & shipping, air transport and railways). It discusses the key sector issues and makes policy proposals including implementation. The study also contains 2 large annexes dealing with administrative and technical matters.
